Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
• Unused and unworn
• With tags (if applicable)
• In its original packaging

Return Shipping Costs & Duties
For standard returns (for example: change of mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer needed), the customer is responsible for all return-related costs, including:
• Return shipping costs
• Import duties, taxes, and customs fees
We do not cover or reimburse return shipping or any related duties/taxes for standard returns.
If any return duties or fees are charged to us, the refund may be delayed until these costs are paid by the customer or the return may be refused.
If the return is due to our error (for example: defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will cover return shipping and any reasonable return-related costs. Please contact us before sending the item back.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:
• The item is defective
• The item is damaged
• You received the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
We carefully package all orders, but once shipped, handling by the carrier is outside our control.
If the outer packaging arrives damaged but the product is intact, we may offer a 10–20% goodwill compensation. Any additional claims must be directed to the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for boxes falling, detaching, or breaking after installation due to different fridge surface materials or conditions, and such cases are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
• Perishable goods
• Custom or personalized items
• Personal care products
• Hazardous materials
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to:

2. Place a new order once the return is approved
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days.
To be eligible:
• Item must be unused
• In original packaging
• With proof of purchase
Return shipping costs apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected.
If approved:
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Within 10 business days
